Hug Point, on the Oregon Coast, is where Becca & Ryan first talked about the idea of marriage. Becca & Ryan live in Utah and couldn’t picture a big, traditional wedding for themselves. In fact, Becca literally has a dream about an intimate, 15 person celebration!
Becca’s parents weren’t initially thrilled with the idea of an elopement-style wedding but they also weren’t thrilled when she started dating someone (aka Ryan) from work…Spoiler alert, they came around on both!
We were blessed with a beautiful 80 degree May day–Which is rare on the coast, even in the height of summer. Somehow, we had the beach to ourselves and Becca and Ryan said their I do’s in front their closest friends and family, just as Becca had dreamed about!
We ended the evening at Cannon Beach’s Wayfarer for dinner, dessert and toasts. It is always such an honor to be invited to share in these moments!
